Location doesn't get any better than this! Walking distance to literally everything German Village has to offer, including our best parks, restaurants, & bars! 2 min drive to downtown! This is located on Historic High Street! Free parking! We wear masks & gloves, and follow extensive cleaning checklists.
The space:
The space is set up for your complete comfort. You will climb the exterior staircase to find the unit on the second floor. The cozy unit boasts huge 12-foot-tall ceilings and TONS of historical character. You will love all the natural light the unit receives in the evenings.
Relax in the large living/ dining area, featuring a Smart TV loaded with all the streaming apps for your enjoyment! To the left of the kitchen you will find the smaller bedroom, then down the hallway to the right you will find the newly renovated bathroom and other large bedroom with full closet!
The kitchen opposite the living room features everything you may need to cook and enjoy a night in.
Guest access
Access will all depend on which unit your reservation gets; your check-in message will give you extensive details regarding your access! Plus, I am always available if you have any questions! You will have full access to the unit during your stay, each unit has its own private entrance.
There is FREE street parking, be mindful of the signs to ensure you do not receive a ticket.
Other things to note
Must climb stairs to enter our unit. Two wooden exterior staircases.
*This is the BACK UNIT-the pictures have which unit it is in the description*
2-1 washer and dryer available, please advise since it is a 2-1 it does take a while for it to wash and dry clothes.
*Please know there may be minimum noise
